Macys Insite Login.

As a Macy’s employee, you have two different employee websites to choose from: Employee Connection and Macy’s Insite.

What is the difference, you may ask. Well, both webpages will get you to the same login page, but in a roundabout way.

The Employee Connection site at www.employeeconnection.net includes company news articles, and a PDF help file section and the www.hr.macys.net website is used only as a gateway/login page to the Macy’s Insite portal.

What can I use the Macy’s My Insite Employee Portal for?

Macy’s Insite employees can use the portal for:

  • Viewing work schedules.
  • Checking benefits.
  • Medical coverage information.
  • Viewing paystubs.
  • Changing personal information.
  • Changing contact information.
  • Viewing PTO (paid time off).
  • and much more.

Macy’s Insite Login Troubleshooting.

If you cannot log in to Macy’s Insite, then try the following:

  • Make sure that your internet connection is functioning properly.
  • Check that the CAPS LOCK key on your keyword is in the OFF position. Your Macy’s Insite username and passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Try logging in to Macy’s Insite with another browser, for example, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla or Chrome.
  • Update your browser to the newest version.
  • Log in from another device, like a mobile phone or another computer.
  • Refresh your browser cache and enable cookies.

  1. Hello! I’ll be working at a local macy’s for the holiday season this year, and did last year too. I’m super excited, but I’m having a hard time getting access to my account. I was told my account would be the same as last year but the password isn’t working. Can you help? I can give you my ID if you need it!

  3. My site doesn’t let me log in .it sent me four different login assces numbers . None of them adds up to my employer number when I put in my imployer number in it say it expired and the number don’t let me into my site. I need to get my W-2. Print out. So I can file my taxes. If there’s any way I can have my W-2 sent to my email. Because I have been trying for three days . And I have no access to my site. To get my paper work.

  4. I am having a terrible time getting into My Day. I have tried for 2 days and it just shows “loading” but never loads or opens. I can’t get to my schedule and changes I need to make. Thanks for your assistance in this matter. I have tried various ways of getting into it.

    • Try logging in from another computer, your mobile or with another browser. Most likely you will have to update your browser.

      The Macy’s My Insite requirements are:

      For internal Macy’s devices:

      PC’s: Internet Explorer 11 or better
      Mac: Safari 7.01 or better

      Non-Macy’s devices are recommended to use the latest browser version of:

      PCs: IE, Safari, Chrome
      Macs: Safari, Chrome
      iPhones / iPads – Safari, Chrome
      Android Phones / Tablets – Chrome, Android Webkit Browser

      Adobe Acrobat:It is recommended that you install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader:

      Also, check your internet security settings. Select Tools/Options, then Internet Options and find the Security tab. Make sure that JavaScript, cookies, and style sheets are all enabled.

  5. Hello I am a proud employee to be employed with the Martinsburg WV fulllfillment
    center since 2015 However i need to know if my employment days can be switch back to Monday& Wednesdays, For some reasons i was scheduled only one day through the month of July 2018 and had to try real hard to pick up
    one more day, It is now August 2018 and I really need to have my nights back

    • To change your schedule or pick up shifts at Macy’s, do the following:
      Go to the Macy’s My IN-SITE sign-in page, enter your 8-digit Employee ID and your My IN-SITE password.

      Click on the Schedule icon for self-service tools.

      Click on the Reports icon for Area Schedule View.

      When complete, click Logout, then press F11 to return to the register Main Menu.

      View Your Macy’s Schedule.

      Log onto Macy’s My IN-SITE and go to the My Day Schedule.
      Click on the Schedule icon on My Day to display your active schedule in calendar format. Complete all your weekly schedule activity using the My Schedule calendar.
      Any messages are displayed above the calendar.

      To view details of or take action on an assigned shift, simply click on the shift.

      Pick Up A Shift.

      When you want to pick up a shift on a day where you are not already assigned a shift, select: Click Here To Pick Up a Shift on the calendar date.

      Click the ‘Click Here To Pick UpShift’ link to initiate Pick Up Shift action.

      Shifts for your home zone are displayed first.

      From this same screen, search Additional Areas or use the Advanced Search to narrow search by start/end time.

      Once you pick up a shift, your My Schedule calendar will update. Only qualified shifts will be displayed.

    • To change your password, go to https://hr.macys.net/iip/changepassword.aspx and enter your 8 Digit Employee ID, your current password, and then your new password.
      If you don’t know your password, then go to the Macy’s Insite Password Manager at https://pwr.macys.net/, and enter your 8 Digit Employee ID and the last 4 digits of your social security number, or the 4 digit PIN number given to you at the time of hire.

  10. I worked there at Macys Loved it from Oct 13th until lastweek I was one of the top patrollers every week my highest patrol was 1.20.2018 at 6183 in a 10hr period. I went in on 2.04.18 and worked a half a shift before my supervisor told me I was no longer in the system and no one told me he guessed that I was “let go of” still able to clock in but will not be paid for my half shift of work. Now normally I would be real mad but I really liked working there just wish they were more “real” when it comes to the seasonal employees. OH YEA then walked me to security by front door like I was a bad guy or something. Nonetheless I had a real good time there most likely will apply again in Nov/Dec 2018

  15. Hey, I am a past employee of middle of 2017. I however do not have access to my account no more. Only because I no longer have that email linked to the Macy’s account anymore. I cannot log onto it what so ever, even trying to use a back up email account to recover. Is there ANY way possible any of you can help me. It is much needed cause I need to change my address to where my W2 form will be sent to. It is very important. Responding before the forms are sent out would be very convenient.
